ADAS, (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a selection of sophisticated Cameras or Radar systems fitted to many new vehicles to alert the driver or assist in collision avoidance.

These can be for Lane Departure Warning, Brake assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Monitoring to name a few, these cameras or radars are calibrated in the factory and if they are disturbed through collision or removal, need to be recalibrated to ensure 100% functionable.
